Will it work on my car?
The One is built for push-to-start petrol and diesel vehicles — the cars that talk CAN-bus — and it works on key-start cars too. If your car starts with a physical key, the Classic or Alarm is usually the better-value fit. Fully electric vehicles aren't supported.
How do I unlock the car?
Press your code into the blue LED button — a short sequence of presses only you know. The LED ring answers you, so you always know where you stand. In learner mode you set and practice your own codes before they go live; in protection mode the car won't start without one.
How is the One different from the Classic?
The Classic unlocks with a single press on a hidden button. The One is a different platform: full code sequences instead of one press, per-user codes with learner mode, protection and service modes, a printed master code backup — and it works on push-to-start (CAN-bus) vehicles, which the Classic doesn't cover.
What if I forget my code?
Every One ships with a printed master code card (with QR backup). Enter the master code on the button and you're back in — then set a new personal code in learner mode. Keep the card in your wallet, not in the car.
What about servicing?
Service mode. Before you hand the car over, put the One into service mode — the workshop can start and drive the car normally without ever knowing your code. It re-arms when you take it out of service mode.
Does it drain the battery?
About 20 microamps armed — that's 0.00002 amps, hundreds of times less than your car's own clock and ECU draw. We engineered the sleep current down to bragging-rights territory: a healthy battery won't notice the One even after weeks parked.
Can I uninstall it later?
Yes. Unplug the harness and reconnect the original wiring — the labeled cables make the reversal as clear as the install. No permanent modifications.
