Whichever you choose, the manual covers everything: diagrams for automatic / Stop-Start / manual transmissions, fuse ratings, and where each cable terminates.
DIY (experienced)
Suitable if you have automotive wiring experience and the right tools. Read the manual before purchase to confirm your transmission type matches one of our diagrams.

Recommended for most customers. Any qualified auto-electrician or workshop can install StarterStopper using the diagrams in the manual.

install manual.
The manual covers wiring diagrams for automatic, automatic with Stop / Start, and manual transmissions. It's the same document your auto-electrician will follow.

Anything else, email contact@starterstopper.com — a real person reads it.
Do I need an app or phone?
No. StarterStopper works without apps, Bluetooth, GPS, or cloud services.
How long does installation take?
Varies by vehicle and model. A professional installer typically completes the install in 1.5–2.5 hours.
Can it be removed later?

Where should the button go?
