Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering StarterStopper. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase under the conditions below.

Change-of-mind returns

You may return your StarterStopper product(s) if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery, and
  • The item is uninstalled, and returned in original condition (including all accessories, wiring, manuals, and packaging), and
  • The product is returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

  • We will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) to the original payment method.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Any duties/taxes paid to import the order into your country are not refundable by us (these are charged by your local authorities).

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection (timing may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).

Items that can’t be returned

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Products that have been modified or damaged
  • Items missing parts/accessories or not returned in original condition
  • Items returned without prior return approval

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, your order number, and a short description. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
