Three steps.
- Find your master code. It's the printed code on this card. Every One has its own — there is no universal code, and this page doesn't contain yours.
- Enter it on the blue LED button — exactly like your daily code: press the button once per count for each digit, with a short pause between digits. After the last digit, wait. The LED ring answers when the code is accepted.
- Set a new daily code. Once you're back in, use learner mode to set a code you'll remember — the video below shows the whole flow. Your master code stays valid either way; put the card back in your wallet, not in the car.

I lost the card.
As the card says: it's the only copy — there is no backup in the box or online, and that's deliberate. If it's truly gone, email contact@starterstopper.com with your order number. After ownership verification we'll go through the options for your unit with you — but treat the card as irreplaceable, because that's the safe assumption.
The master code isn't accepted.
Most misses are rhythm, not code: pause clearly between digits, and after the last digit stop pressing and wait for the LED ring. Make sure the ignition state matches what the video shows. Still stuck? Email us — a real person reads it and answers quickly.
Can I change the master code?
No — it's set at the factory and unique to your unit, which is what makes it a reliable last resort. Guard the card like a spare key: wallet, home safe, anywhere except the car.
Could a thief use this page?
There's nothing here to use. This page contains instructions, not codes — your master code exists in exactly two places: printed on your card, and burned into your unit. Without the card, these steps open nothing.
